A scalable and predictable growth system was developed to support performance in a highly competitive aesthetics market. The strategy was centred around increasing lead volume, improving conversion efficiency, and driving measurable revenue growth through performance marketing and funnel optimisation.
This was executed by managing and continuously optimising ad campaigns across both Google and Meta platforms, with monthly budgets scaling up to AED 235,000. A total of 18 high-performing Google landing pages were overseen, while an average of eight distinct Meta ads were developed monthly to test different creative angles, formats, and messaging for ongoing performance improvements.
A structured 7-stage sales funnel was implemented to guide potential clients through the full buyer journey, from initial interest to booking. Strategic nurturing tactics and personalised lead follow-up mechanisms were introduced, significantly increasing conversion rates and maximising ROI across campaigns.
Over time, daily lead volume more than doubled, conversion rates rose steadily, and cost efficiency remained strong, even as the market shifted. This created a sustainable revenue engine rooted in long-term stability rather than short-term wins, enabling the clinic to grow with confidence and consistency.
